Default margins and alignment

Print Wizard by default will begin printing text as far up and to the left as possible (if nice margins are not turned on).

Errors and Problems

"The item has been moved or deleted..." appears each time an email is sent with Print Wizard.

Print Wizard version 3.0 has the ability to produce PDF compatible files and then email them.
